JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience with managing all phases of interior design development from inception to installation and to simultaneously project manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity.

  • Experience with kitchen and bath design is a must

  • Experience with CAD and construction drawings

  • Assist with design direction, sourcing, putting together proposals and managing project budgets.

  • Project Management

  • Creating design and construction timelines

  • Creating schedules for plumbing, electrical, hardware, etc

  • Communication among contractors, vendors, clients including on-site meetings

  • Procurement

  • Includes ordering, tracking, handling damage claims

  • Installation assistance

  • Site Surveys includes measuring, marking electrical and hvac venting locations etc.

  • Confirm and approve CFAS

Qualified candidate needs excellent project management skills, be especially detail oriented, resourceful, have a highly refined design sense, enthusiastic interpersonal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High end kitchen and bath design

  • AutoCAD and/or SketchUp

  • 3+ years of experience in residential interior design
