RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement procurement logistics tailored to interior design and interior architecture projects.
Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
Manage supplier relationships and performance.
Oversee the timely and efficient delivery of materials, fixtures and furnishings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular cost and quality reviews to optimize procurement processes.
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to align procurement with project goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Supply chain coordination managing delivery vendors, warehouse facilities, and tracking.
Diplomatic vendor negotiation

Project coordination & scheduling
Cost analysis
Quality assurance
Microsoft Office Suite including top skills in Excel
Experience + Education
Bachelor's degree in design, construction management, or related field.
Knowledge of residential interior design and construction/renovation processes preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on interiors projects.
Experience with Studio Designer or similar interior design-project management system
