Jimena’s most recent project was to design a Brazilian Jewelry store in the new International Airport Terminal in Lima, Peru. She designed the store to have its own unique identity by capturing the essence of Brazil’s natural beauty. Stunning work!

Q: When did you first realize you wanted to be an interior designer?
A: After working at a firm for almost 4 years that mostly designed offices and interiors spaces.

Q: Why did you want to be a member of IIDA NE? 
A: I have always wanted to be a part of a design organization in the U.S. and IIDA is the best!

Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Lasagna

Q: Anything else you’d love for us to know about you?
A: It’s important to keep a balanced life and mind. For me, that means ballet every day after the office.
