Seeking an interior design professional with experience managing projects at all phases of design development, bidding, contract negotiation, construction phase services through project completion.

KEY SKILLS

Collaborative design process, technical competence, well-developed project management skills, project team relationship management, creative problem-solving, good communication, and client-focused design excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 10 years (post-degree) experience in Interior Design

• Interior Design Certification (NCIDQ) strongly desired

• LEED or other sustainable building accreditation strongly desired

• 3 to 5+ years managing projects between $1M and $20M

• Ability to manage projects in a cost-effective manner

• Commitment to high-quality design

• Strong design skills through graphic and free-hand sketching ability

• Revit experience required, Enscape rendering ability desired

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
