In celebration of Diversity Awareness Month, IIDA New England’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee in collaboration with the MiD Collective will host a discussion focused on supporting women of color in the workplace. You're invited to an evening of positive open dialogue discussing ways to redefine power in the workplace. The event will begin with a short video followed by an open discussion led by a diverse group of dynamic female conversationalists and moderators. Attendees are encouraged to join the discussion.
