In the past years, firms, clients, and consultants in the industry have made a push to make sure that their projects are comprised of diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams. But how are these team bringing equity, diversity and inclusion goals into the projects? As a majority white industry how are we ensuring a diverse team on paper translates to influencing a project and it's outcomes? Join the Design Leaders Network for a discussion around how the industry is pushing to make projects and project teams more equitable and diverse. This session will be a great opportunity for leaders to share what challenges they still see in meeting this goal but also what successes they have seen as the industry has shifted its shared goals.
