IIDA Compliance Reports
IIDA will be running a mid-compliance report using the IDCEC CE Registry in mid- January of 2015. Email notices will be sent to eligible members informing them of their compliance status. Information on this preliminary report has been posted in DesignMatters, see below. Please feel free to share with your local members.
Completed CEUs Reminder
Professional and Associate Members are reminded to complete their required 1.0 CEUs by Dec. 31, 2015. To check your CEU status, log in to your profile at IDCEC. IIDA will be conducting a mid-compliance period audit at the beginning of 2015 to inform eligible Members of their CEU status. To be on track, Members should have accumulated at least 0.5 CEUs (five hours) by Dec. 31, 2014. To find CEUs, visit the IIDA Professional Development page, the IDCEC Event Calendar, or contact your local IIDA Chapter, For more information about CEUs, please contact Ely Alaniz at email@example.com.
IDCEC CE Registry
The IDCEC CE Registry is a benefit (free) for members of IIDA, ASID and IDC. Members should have received their IDCEC information directly from IDCEC. New member information is submitted to IDCEC on a monthly basis, the first Thursday of each month. Those persons who joined on or after November 6th will be included in the December reports. IDCEC will email Members their user name and password information within a week of receiving IIDA’s report.
If a Member does not have their IDCEC number they can search the IDCEC site using their first name, last name and/or association membership number. Search IDCEC Number Using their IIDA Member number is the best practice as there may be multiple person with the same name, i.e., John Smith. Passwords can be resent by the learner clicking on the “Forgotten Password” button at the main login page. Please note, an email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address listed in the IIDA Member database.
Only IDCEC approved courses and those approved by IIDA through the individual review process, NICA Form, will be used to determine Members’ compliance. View our Helpful Hints for reporting information.
