Tickets are sold as tables of ten (10), half-tables of five (5) and single tickets.  Please note that individual ticket seats will be filled following placement of seats sold in full and half table blocks.

Individual Tickets

$287 (Non-Members)

Note:  Pre-purchased bottles of wine are only for half-table and full-table purchases.  Individual ticket holders are invited to utilize our cash bars for wine by the glass (or any other alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages).  Complimentary water will be located on all tables.

Note:  Pre-purchased bottles of wine are available to those who purchase full tables.  While the quantity of bottles of wine you may purchase is not limited, only two bottles of wine are permitted on any one table at a time.  As bottles are finished, they will be replaced with other pre-purchased bottles until all pre-purchased bottles have been consumed. Pre-purchased bottles of wine must be purchased at the time of ticket sales. All guests are invited to utilize our cash bars for wine by the glass (or any other alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages).  Complimentary water will be located on all tables.

$1,435 (Non-Members)

PRE-PURCHASING BOTTLED WINE
The deadline to pre-purchase bottles of wine has passed.

This year’s selection included the following.

  • Greystone, California, Chardonnay – $48.39 per bottle
  • Columbia Crest ‘Grand Estates’, Cabernet Sauvignon – $44.57 per bottle

ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT TICKETS

  • Two drink tickets are included with each ticket purchased. They can be redeemed for one cocktail or two non-alcoholic beverages. There is a cash bar.
  • An online form will be sent to all ticket purchasers in late September, requiring the names of all guests. ALL guest names must be submitted on or before 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, October 2. Day of substitutions are not allowed; all guest names must be submitted by the deadline to attend.
  • There will be no physical tickets mailed. All guests will check in upon arrival and find their badge by last name.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be sent in writing to jbartram@intrinxec.com. Cancellations received on or before September 18 will be granted a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after September 18 will not be granted a refund.

Why the extra $2?

One Bill at a Time is a joint campaign of IIDA New England and ASID New England to raise awareness and resources for Interior Design Advocacy in the New England Region. By adding two dollars to each event hosted by IIDA NE and ASID NE, one for each piece of active legislation, we remind ourselves that advancing our profession is the core mission of our Organizations**.

*At the conclusion of each calendar year, all funds raised will be distributed to New England states with active advocacy initiatives in direct proportion to the percent of Chapter membership residing in each state. 

*We dedicate this campaign to the individuals that achieved interior design legislation in New England states and paved the way for the future of our profession, One Bill at a Time.
