Students: IIDA invites you to participate in our 6th Annual Student Mentoring Week from February 4 - 8, 2008. Student Members of IIDA will be matched up to network with a member of the interior design industry by spending the day in their area of design practice. Students will experience first-hand the work done to create a safe, dependable, and adaptable built environment.

You may want to sign up with a friend or we will pair you. Pairs will be assigned to designers in their city. All forms must be received by December 17, 2007.

There is no cost to participate in IIDA Mentoring Week 2008!

The winner of the 2007 Essay Competition is Janelle McQueen, Student IIDA at Purdue from the Indiana Chapter. Janelle, along with Perkins + Will in Chicago each receive a $1,000 cash award. You are invited to read the winning essay by Janelle McQueen. (PDF:12K)
